Refund policy
At FabLiztik, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring the best shopping experience for you. However, if you need to return an item, here’s how our policy works:
- Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Certain items like personalized or final sale products are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@fabliztik.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the supplier's return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the order. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. In such cases, the supplier will cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
